PAYMENT METHODS

We want purchasing a piece from Peculiar Shara Art to be a simple and secure process. We accept the payment methods available and enabled in our store at the time of your purchase, which may include:

• Mercado Pago
• Other payment methods enabled through our e-commerce platform.

You can purchase several products within the same order. Each order must be paid using one of the methods available during the checkout process.

Payment Security

Payments made through our store are processed using external and secure payment platforms.

Peculiar Shara Art does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information. The processing of this data is carried out by the corresponding payment providers, in accordance with their own terms, security measures, and privacy policies.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

When placing your order, please ensure you provide correct and complete information. When required by the payment provider, the information provided must match the data associated with the payment method used.

If your payment is rejected, we recommend checking the information entered or contacting your bank or payment provider directly.

Peculiar Shara Art does not have access to the specific reasons why a financial institution may reject a transaction.

Currency

Prices in our store will be displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN), unless another currency is expressly indicated.

If you make a purchase using a card, account, or payment method issued in another country, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate, currency conversion fee, or other charges.

These charges are determined by each financial institution and are not the responsibility of Peculiar Shara Art.

Installment Payments or Monthly Payments

When available, some purchases may be made through installment payments, monthly payments, or partial payment schemes offered by our payment providers.

The available options, number of payments, dates, interest, or commissions—when applicable—will be displayed before confirming the purchase.

By selecting a partial payment or monthly payment scheme, you also accept the terms and conditions established by the corresponding provider and commit to making payments on the agreed dates.

Peculiar Shara Art does not control authorization decisions, credit limits, interest, commissions, or conditions directly established by banks and external financing providers.

Advances for Commissioned Works

For certain commissioned works, personalized projects, or collaborations, we may request an advance payment before beginning the creative process. The percentage of the advance, outstanding balance, payment schedule, and other conditions will be established and accepted before starting the project.

Once the creative process has begun, advances may be considered non-refundable under the previously agreed terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The work will remain the property and under the custody of Peculiar Shara Art until the total agreed payment has been received.

Payment Confirmation

Your order will begin processing once payment has been authorized and confirmed.
